New Classical Tracks - Leif Ove Andsnes

Pianists Leif Ove Andsnes and Bertrand Chamayou: Schubert 4 Hands (Erato)

French pianist Bertrand Chamayou and Norwegian pianist Leif Ove Andsnes first played together in 2016 during a festival in Rosendahl, Germany. During their collaboration, they performed multiple pieces by Austrian composer Franz Schubert, including the Great Fantasy in F minor. That same piece is now the opening track on the duo’s new recording, an album featuring four-hand piano music from the final year of Schubert’s life.
