New Classical Tracks - Paavo Järvi

Paavo Järvi, conductor and the Estonian Festival Orchestra: Credo (Alpha Classics)

Estonian conductor Paavo Järvi is the founder of the Pärnu Music Festival in Estonia. This year’s festival was a big 90th birthday celebration for Estonian composer Arvo Pärt, a longtime friend of the Järvi family. A musical gift from that festival is a new live recording featuring the Estonian Festival Orchestra and 10 works by Pärt. Find out more on New Classical Tracks with host Julie Amacher.
