Grammy-winning composer Michael Daugherty is one of the most commissioned, performed and recorded composers in the American music scene. He recently collaborated with violinist Anne Akiko Meyers and the Albany Symphony, led by conductor David Alan Miller, on a recording exploring the triumphs and tragedies of flight.
