Violinist Augustin Hadelich grew up in Italy and Germany. He moved to the United States 20 years ago and has since made New York City his home. Over the past two decades, his concert gigs have taken him to 48 states. He admits he rarely travels for fun; however, he’s seriously thought about taking a road trip. And that’s exactly what he’s doing with pianist Orion Weiss on their new album, American Road Trip, an exploration of “all the wildly different styles of American classical music.” Find out more on the latest episode of New Classical Tracks, with host Julie Amacher.
