A common barrier to unusual duet combinations is the music. For example, there simply aren't many pieces composed for harp and guitar. But world-renowned soloists Yolanda Kondonassis and Jason Vieaux aren't easily discouraged, and they loved the sound that their instruments created together.
Kondonassis and Vieaux recently came to the PT studios to perform the very best music they discovered for their unlikely duet. Plus, they performed a new, specially commissioned piece.
Kondonassis and Vieaux have released a CD of their harp-guitar collaborations as well. It's called Together.
