Morten Lauridsen is in Minnesota for the first time in 40 years. His music is featured in two performances this weekend with The Singers: Minnesota Choral Artists.

President Bush presented the 2007 National Medal of Arts to composer Morten Lauridsen "for his composition of radiant choral works combining musical beauty, power and spiritual depth that have thrilled audiences worldwide."
