If you haven't booked a Valentine's Day reservation by this point, you're probably out of luck (but you can hope for an opening due to a cancelation).
Otherwise you're going to have to cook at home, and if you're not a very good cook, Rachel's suggestion is to purchase things that don't require cooking, and that also happen to be aphrodisiacs.
Start with raw oysters — the best place to buy is Coastal Seafoods. They have very helpful staff so they can walk you through the different varieties, and offer tips on how to serve them, what garnishes to use.
And then invest in a good chocolate dessert. My favorite chocolate cakes are Crema Cafe, Salty Tart's Surly Chocolate Cake, Cafe Latte's Turtle Cake, and anything from Patisserie 46.
