Although he made his fame in rock — first as the flamboyant keyboardist for Roxy Music in the 1970s and then as a Grammy-winning producer in the ‘80s — Brian Eno’s background in conceptual art has resulted in tons of innovative musical experimentation over the decades, including his groundbreaking “ambient music” recordings.
