Composer Jeffrey Mumford paints pictures of clouds and landscapes with his music and with his paint brush. Before he began his professional career in music, Mumford studied fine art in college. His perception of how we experience light is a cross-over theme that can be found in many of his compositions. Today, Mumford is a distinguished professor at Lorraine County Community College in Elyria, Ohio and his award-winning works are performed in concert halls around the world.
