Composition: A Dark and Stormy Night

I chose the title "A Dark and Stormy Night" because many fantasy novels begin with "It was a dark and stormy night." Like a fantasy novel, my fantastical piece starts on a dark and stormy night and follows the path of a curious child wandering around in the dead of night. After a bit of wandering, the child starts to get lonely and begins to panic, causing the music to get more crazy and convoluted. The child then wanders around aimlessly until the child finds its way back home, tired from a long night.
