Instrument: Cello
Hometown: Edina, Minn.
Piece: Johannes Brahms — Cello Sonata No.1, Op.38 I. Allegro non troppo
Why did you choose this piece?
I enjoy the sonata format and the equity between the cello and the piano. Brahms has a beautiful style that brings out the best in the cello.
