To enter this giveaway an entrant complete this online entry form [link] between 12:01 a.m. CT on Tuesday January 5, 2016 and 11:59 p.m. CT on Monday February 15, 2016.

One (1) winner will receive  A Waltz Down the Danube with Fred Child April 28-May 9, 2016 cruise for two (2) individuals in a B-1 Cabin with airfare from select cities. Prize is valid for two (2) people in one (1) cabin only. View full cruise itinerary and details at: publicradiocustomtravel.org.

Total Prize retail value is $13,998

Taxes and expenses as a result of winning this prize are the responsibility of the winner. Prize is nontransferable. Winner will receive delivery of the prize as arranged by Sponsor. Prize excludes any and all other expenses associated with the use of the prize. Prize use is the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize cannot be exchanged.

No later than Tuesday February 16, 2016, one (1) winner and five (5) back up names will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries. Winner will be notified by e-mail or phone. If Sponsor is unable to reach a winner or a winner is unable to accept the prize within two business days then the un-awarded prize will go to the first available back up thereof until the prize is awarded. Winner must provide a signed prize acceptance and a W-9 before receiving prize.
