Why do you love to perform?
I love to perform for a few different reasons. Firstly, I love to create music, with or without an audience. I enjoy being able to take notes on a page and turn them into something beautiful. Secondly, it's my goal to make others experience what I do every time I sit down and play music. Music is meant to be shared so that the feelings musicians get when we create music can belong to everybody, even if for just that short instant at the peak of a crescendo. Performing is a way of sharing those moments of strong emotion that can't be created by anything else.
